Technology - Basic information

The word technology is of key importance in our industry, and therefore we constantly endeavour to enhance the production processes and principles.

Here, we present a list of state-of-the-art technologies that constitute our production secrets and know-how.

  1. Pre-treatment (5 chambers)
    In this part of the production line, products made of aluminium, steel and zinc can be pre-treated according to the commands issued by a control system, in line with the recommendations of NABU (logo), our supplier of chemical products. Fluids are topped up automatically and each tank allows the hanger to be tilted so that the fluids can run off the products more quickly.
  2. Material drying
    This device dries off fluid residuals from the pre-treated material. The temperature inside the drier is around 130°C.
  3. WAGNER Automated Box
    The painting equipment permits painting goods with maximum dimensions of 9,000 x 2,400 x 600 mm (L x H x W) at a conveyor speed of 1.5 m per second. The device comprises two high-stroke handlers, 7 automated powder coating gun horizontally mounted on each handler, 1 manual preliminary powder coating gun, and 1 manual after-spraying gun.
  4. CLEANROOM
    The clean room is an enclosed space for the automatic booth, of a 20 x 10 m footprint, with a cooling unit and a ventilation system.
  5. Curing oven with indirect air heating
    Adequate capacity with a gelling zone ensures that the products are correctly fired within the given time and cycle. An optimal cycle is 5 – 6 minutes.
  6. Dual track overhead conveyer
    Material is transported within the entire line circuit by a Power & Free conveyer with lowering stations for hanging and removing. Minimum conveyer weight is 750 kg per hanger.
  7. Control system
    Dopravu materiálu v celém okruhu linky zajišťuje Power&Free dopravník se spouštěcími stanicemi na navěšování a svěšování. Maximální hmotnost dopravníku je 750 kg na jeden závěs.
  8. Waste-water recycling
    Waste water recycling takes place in a closed circuit using an ion station and vacuum evaporator. The system recycles at least 93% of the waste water. This equipment is also connected to the line’s control and supervision system.
  9. Automatic profile packaging machine
    The machine wraps up profiles into a plastic sheet, using an ultrasonic system.

If a decor, the entire process is complemented by applying a special decorative pattern and curing this pattern in a vacuum oven.
