Colour Stability
One of the factors attesting to our high quality is the fact that our products will withstand various climatic conditions throughout the world for a long time. Our powder coating plant is characterised by maximum quality that meets highest requirements. The powder coats we use is supplied with Qualicoat and GSB certificates.
New Advanced Technology
We regard high quality as a key factor of customer satisfaction in our industry, which is why we have invested in entirely new and advanced process equipment on an area of more than 4,500 m2. It includes a fully automated plant with chemical pre-treatment, very fast colour shade change (within 20 minutes), and a tunnel cure oven with temperature and passage speed control. We believe that these, as well as other assets, will be a positive motivation for starting a partnership.
Short lead times
Quick delivery is a priority for us. Because of our production capacities and three-shift operation, we can offer very attractive lead times, in the order of just a few days. And what more, we are able to coat several colour shades on the same day. Concrete delivery dates are always arranged personally with our sales representatives.
Ecological production
We are fully aware of our social and ecological responsibility, and therefore these issues are an integral part of our corporate policy. Our powder coatings and decoration technologies are among the most environmentally friendly and most economical. However, the guarantee of high quality, resilience and long life of the surface finishing is preserved. Decoral is chemically and ecologically harmless. It allows unmatched wooden patterns to be created without unnecessary logging. It can also imitate stones such as marble and granite.
Transport
We transport material straight from our, using either our own vehicles or contracted carriers with whom we cooperate.
Packaging
Coated parts are packed in a stretch wrap and interlaced with bubble wrap, thus ensuring their thorough protection during transportation. Aluminium profiles are packed in a special sleeve and a stretch wrap.
Storage
We strictly adhere to all rules concerning stringent storage requirements for powder coatings and foils. Correct storage conditions have a significant positive impact on the application quality. Our storage facilities are thermally insulated, maintaining the inside temperature between 10°C and 25°C. The products are also protected against moisture and large temperature fluctuations.
Certification
Our powder coating facility owns a certified realisation, monitoring and test process system according to the GSB INTERNATIONAL and QUALICOAT standards. All these certificates give our customers a guarantee of the high and long-lasting quality of our surface treatments.
